CCTV PRIVACY NOTICE FOR SECURITY CAMERAS INSTALLED WITHIN THE FACILITY
This Privacy Notice has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
Please be informed that video surveillance is conducted within these premises for security purposes. The recording activities are carried out by Bursev Plastik ve Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi.
The recording process is conducted to ensure occupational health and safety, the protection of property, and the security of personnel. Only visual data is processed within this scope.
Such personal data is processed automatically based on the legal grounds stipulated under Article 5 of the KVKK, namely:
• Processing being necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations; and
• Processing being necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subjects.
The recorded images are retained for a period of 30 (thirty) days and are automatically deleted upon expiration of the retention period.
Recordings are shared only when necessary and upon request by authorized public authorities.
Data subjects may exercise their rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, including the right to request information regarding their personal data, request correction, deletion, or other lawful processing actions by applying to the data controller.
